Matt Black has some strong words for Nick the Ref, and he questions his wrestling credentials stating that he is "just a ref". Well Nick shows him different in this match! Lots of trash talking, and verbal abuse occurs throughout the match by both men. Nick shows Matt that he is anything but an ordinary referee by showcasing some outstanding wrestling ability. Nick humiliates his opponent by making him submit several times throughout the match up, and finally ending it with a painful pin fall.
